a.Operation Management1)Responsible for establishing operation station, system and logistics network in target location, to build up standard operation procedure which covers Beijing, Qingdao, Tianjin and Shanghai;

b.People and Cost Management

2)Responsible for recruitment, development, coaching and training of all operation staff and annual performance evaluation of 4 operation supervisors;
3)Working out yearly budget. Approval and control over daily operation cost reasonably in order to balance over cost and productivity of function. Especially focus on operation fare that happens in different transportation line, control over actual transportation cost;
c.Other General Management
1)Assists CEO to monitor business status of all branches;
2)Collaborates with Sales team to ask all of operation supervisors to hold monthly sales call in order to answer the question of customer face to face, meanwhile, provide professional solution for clients;
3)Responsible for coordination and communication between WISH and different local customs and quarantine houses;
4)Monitors and manages on the performance of all vendors and local agency, establish annual performance evaluation report;
5)Taking lead to launch, implement and assign project to streamline field operation and create more revenue;nike trainers

a.Daily Operation Management

5)Coaching and training employee according to employee individual career development plan and result of PA. Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled department;
