Cori-China Information Technology Ltd is a local on-site system integration and software development team owned by Accenture China to deliver quality solutions and services for clients in China, which include SAP, Oracle, Siebel, Retek, Customer Development, and Testing and infrastructure management. Responsibilities:
1) Recruiting
★ Assist Recruiting manager to discuss HC plan with skill line lead every month; Extend and maintenance recruiting channels and vendors (headhunters, on-line recruiting website and internal referral program);
★ Screen incoming CV's and shortlist suitable candidates, based on the HC plan to conduct initial interview independently (f2f and phone interview) to whom it may concern, especially in SAP line(both module and developer candidates); Negotiate offer for all the candidates below mgr level.
★ Assist project manager to recommend qualified candidates to client side ,candidates status trackingcheap ralph lauren polo shirts
★ Support administrative tasks of recruiting events in Beijing, do the preparation work of the campus recruiting and job fair issues
★ Support Marketing team to publishes company's recruiting advertisements and Qijie landing page design, Manage the quality/speed/accuracy of the information to maximize recruiting efficiency
★ Builds up database of talents for the company and help recruiting lead to run recruiting report to GM and HR Mgr. periodically
★ Follow up the recruiting contract renew and sign-on process and recruiting fees payment procedure
Achievements:
★ Assistant recruiting manager successfully hold the pre-entry school program: this program is for graduate students with master degree, we selected 20 potential candidates through paper test and group discussion among 100 applicants, we provide them a 3 months SAP training program and 6 months on-job training in our projects. Finally 12 of them passed our final interview and became the FTE of our company, now parts of them worked independently as consultants in our project.
★ Build up a SAP BW implementation team with 10 members within 2 months for Alcatel-lucent global project (with 1 PM and 6 senior members and 3 junior members) and got excellent feedback from Project manager I support.
★ Worked as key person and performance ranked as top 1 of this fiscal year in recruiting team. Perfect and update the level and English evaluation standards. Save the recruiting cost by training recruiting team members to use new recruiting channels (linked in, face book etc).
2)Training:Worked as Training coordinator to conduct training needs analysis, assist hr manager to design and implement annual training plan;Update the training record, conduct training evaluation; Organizing and administrate the employee activities.
